See How the Numbers Work

These examples illustrate the published compensation structure. They are not promises of loads, miles, weekly revenue, home time, or annual income.

Company Driver Weekly Examples

Company drivers receive 25% of qualifying gross revenue plus the highest single weekly production bonus earned: $150 at $4,000, $200 at $4,500, $300 at $5,000, $400 at $5,500, or $500 at $6,000. No weekly bonus is earned below $4,000. After the $6,000 top weekly revenue tier is reached, qualifying revenue above $6,000 is paid at 35%. Weekly bonuses are not cumulative.

Qualifying Gross Revenue25% Base PayWeekly Bonus35% AcceleratorExample Weekly PayEffective Share
$3,500$875$87525.0%
$4,000$1,000$150$1,15028.8%
$4,500$1,125$200$1,32529.4%
$5,000$1,250$300$1,55031.0%
$5,500$1,375$400$1,77532.3%
$6,000$1,500$500$2,00033.3%
$7,000$1,500$500$350$2,35033.6%

Important: Only the highest weekly bonus applies; bonuses are not cumulative. At more than $6,000 in qualifying weekly revenue, the example keeps the $1,500 base pay and $500 top-tier bonus earned at $6,000, then adds 35% of the qualifying revenue above $6,000. Company-truck operating expenses are not deducted from these calculations. Examples are estimates for illustration, not guarantees of revenue, work availability, or earnings.
