Request deletion
Email David@outsidethewirelogistics.com with the subject Outside The Wire account deletion. For older sign-in editions, send the request from the email used to sign into the game. Version 0.27.0 has no game account; for purchase-data requests, provide your Google Play order number privately by email, never a purchase token. Tell us whether you want the game account and associated data deleted, or have a request about specific data. You do not need to reinstall the app, sign in here, or make a purchase.
We may verify account ownership before acting. Do not send your password, Google sign-in codes, card details or identity documents.
What happens next
We will explain the effect on your supporter badge and purchase restoration before completing deletion. We delete the game authentication account and associated personal data that is no longer needed. Limited purchase, refund, fraud-prevention, security or support records may need to be retained for legal obligations or resolving transactions. We will explain any applicable exception and retention period in our response. Deletion does not delete your Google account and is not a refund.
Delete your local campaign
Use the game's campaign reset, or Android Settings → Apps → Outside The Wire → Storage → Clear storage. Uninstalling also removes local game data. Local progress cannot be recovered by us. These actions do not delete your online account or purchase records; use the email request above for that.
